About the roleThe Senior ACC Delivery Manger leads a team of ACC Delivery Managers by executing strategic priorities to continuously transform and improve current practices to positively strengthen the organization's capabilities in candidate assessment and onboarding.
The incumbent will provide leadership to their team through the establishment and execution of goals with a clear focus on creating and developing strategic delivery solutions to optimize team performance and meet customer demands. This leader must create an atmosphere where a culture of diversity is embraced, performance is recognized or addressed, and development of current role and careers are fostered. -Strong leadership, problem solving abilities and strategic insight surrounding Adecco's business practices and delivery is critical to success in this role. - - -What you'll be doing


  • Delivers best in class leadership, mentorship, and direct supervision to Delivery Recruiter team with a clear governance structure, delineation of roles, responsibilities, and decision-making authority
  • Responsible for colleague hiring strategy, overall team coaching and development, and motivation of Delivery Recruiters to ensure consistency while driving order fulfillment
  • Trains new Managers to a high standard in a timely manner and coaches' managers on how to ensure performance and productivity of their team.
  • Supports and assists in development of on-going training initiatives to optimize team's performance while familiarizing all with policies and/or procedure changes applicable to their positions
  • Conducts audits of role-based performance metrics and other results-focused measurements in Adecco's Applicant Tracking System; proactively identifying and executing improvement opportunities
  • Coordinates and consults with field leadership to better understand overall needs of our customers and provide clear direction to their team to achieve customer goals
  • Continuously seeks to improve the target operating model, seeking efficiency and NPS improvements via enhanced processes and technology rollouts
  • Prepares and presents status reports and performance results/trends to key stakeholders on fulfillment and the quality of talent pipeline in the database.
  • Closely partners with key stakeholders to ensure current processes are established, developed, and executed seamlessly while continuously partnering on identifying areas of opportunities for process improvement.


    • Provides regular updates to leadership, along with data-backed insights to recommend adjustments to enhance overall team performance.


      About you

      • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field with a minimum of five (5) years of people management required
      • Minimum of 6 months - 1 year internal management experience preferred
      • Shows strong leadership and motivational qualities; leads by example
      • Ability to hold teams accountable to performance metrics
      • Effective change management experience and ability to influence and motivate team
      • Superior communication skills (verbal and written) supporting communication across all levels within the organization
      • Strong attention detail and ability to adhere to defined process flows
      • Ability to work collaboratively with team to create a fast paced, results-driven environment
      • Ability to remain highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving results
      • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
      • Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
