Media Project Manager Objective This role is responsible for proactively managing and producing creative media projects which results in remarkable, authentic media that helps all people discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively plan and produce Worship Gatherings Media
  • Collaborate with Media team and Service Programming team to define creative goals for each sermon series and media projects
  • Participate and contribute new ideas in creative ideation and brainstorms
  • Ensure assigned project's creative goals are met on-time and on-budget
  • Communicate project updates regularly
  • Proactively plan and produce ministry area media
    • Collaborate with Comm Project Managers and ministry area leaders to define creative goals
    • Develop effective media to accomplish ministry goals on-time and on-budget
    • Recruit, manage and care for serve staff and contractors
      • Equip the saints for the work of the ministry by discipling and coaching
      • Media team serve staff and contractors
        • Recruit and develop serve staff and contractors by providing opportunities for serve staff to use their skills and talent
        • Maintain studio and media equipment
          • Keep studio clean and ready for filming
          • Repair equipment or send for repairs as needed
          • Build and maintain equipment inventory and check-in/out system Competencies

              • High school diploma required
              • Bachelor's Degree in Communication preferred
              • Minimum two years general ministry and media experience Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work will be non-traditional to adapt to special events and project needs. The church has several big events, ("All-Skates") throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven22. These events are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands Most of the work requires sitting/standing at a computer. Typing skills are required and audio and video recording is done frequently. Ministerial Exception The ministerial exception furthers the purposes of the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment by barring legal claims against church bodies by staff members who perform religious functions. All church pastors are subject to the exception, but a formal ministerial credential is not required. While there is no rigid formula to determine other church staff members that qualify, various factors are considered to determine which staff members are subject to the ministerial exception (please see handbook). Staff members who qualify under the ministerial exception are not covered by federal and state employment and anti-discrimination laws.
