Learn more at POSITION SUMMARY The Manager, SalesForce Effectiveness & Enablement (CRM) will shape and deliver the overall CRM strategy for the Americas Region to help accelerate sales growth across ACUVUE-- Brand Contact Lenses for Independent Eye Care Professionals and Retail Outlets. This is an exciting and meaningful position as an integral part of the overall Sales Excellence Team! This individual must bring strong thought leadership to shape enterprise CRM, Automation and Enablement solutions to drive Sales Force effectiveness and efficiency using modern tools and data science techniques. We require a high-caliber, dynamic individual with experience configuring CRM systems, but is also comfortable collaborating with multiple function, primarily IT, Field Sales and Marketing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shape and evolve existing CRM (salesforce.com) capabilities to maximize the latest technology to become the Global Leader in CRM for Johnson & Johnson.
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations using data sets from various sources.
  • Act as Business Product Owner in partnership with IT to implement and continuously improve technology solutions that drive Sales Effectiveness and Efficiency by closely interacting with and understand Field Sales workflows and opportunities.
  • Serve as primary administrative and configurative owner to quickly adapt salesforce.com to meet the real time needs of the business.
  • Collaborate with data science, business intelligence and marketing to advance JJV omni-channel influencing capabilities for sales impact.
  • Be a student of the profession by keeping up with media and technology trends.
