What i mpact y ou c an c reate at CHANEL : People Leadership & Development Key partner to Boutique Director, help to develop and lead team in conjunction with Boutique Director. Assume oversight of the boutique in the Director's absenceSuccessfully lead the team on the sales floor and support in floor coverage by demonstrating and providing superior service to every client, every dayFoster a positive working environment that encourages diversity, mutual respect and team collaboration and is free of discrimination and harassmentLeverage fluency in product, service and artistry skills to coach and support the team, elevating their skills and expertise to deliver an exceptional client experience Business Development & OperationsManage time, establish priorities and delegate effectively in support of Boutique Director. Time spent should be 60% on the Sales Floor and 40% on Back of House operationsResponsible for all operations of the sales floor including stock/re-stocking needs, areas of pride, etcExecute all operational responsibilities to ensure effectiveness and efficiencies across the boardOperations lead for MMS system, communicating inventory and supply needs to Boutique Director, receiving, and checking in inventory, shipping, and receiving and damages, etc.Establish and maintain an organized and controlled stock storage systemPoint person on all Standard Operating Procedures; uphold team to all standards and educate as neededEstablish relationships with key corporate partners for ongoing operational support and day to day needsKey part in annual inventory reporting with partnership from the store teamAssist Boutique Director in all event planning, coordination, orchestration, and execution Client Experience Assist with creating a culture of service; provide a unique and memorable in store and after sales experience to every client, every day and at every point of saleFoster a culture of building relationships and personalizing client experiencesUphold an omni-channel mindset to directly benefit the client, producing a seamless experience from in-store to online and vice versaCo-ownership of all brand image, hygiene standards and visual merchandising requirementsAttend seasonal seminars hosted by Education Executives and corporate meetings You a re e nergized by: Working in a highly collaborative retail environmentHave a passion to build long lasting relationshipsMake things beautiful by providing the ultimate experience in storeShows fearless curiosity and has a willingness to learn and develop others What y ou w ill b ring to t he t eam: Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaborativelyUnderstanding of, and passion for client experienceExcellent communication skillsForeign language skills are preferred but not requiredPassion for the House of CHANEL , its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiativesCuriosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of CHANEL Position Logistics : Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma required3+ years of related leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment and/or operational role preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsDetail oriented and operationally savvyAbility to coach and leadAbility to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines concurrentlyMust have flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidaysAbility to lift-up to 10-20 pounds and stand for extended periods of time throughout the day Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $33.20 through $35.
