The initiatives within the plan drive the evolution of our Supply Chain function which is aimed at impacting FIS financially, operationally, and organizationally. As a Senior Strategy & Relationship Manager, you'll have an exciting opportunity to focus on engagement internally within and across our Supply Chain Management team while also collaborating externally with key business and corporate stakeholders. You'll be responsible for leading various initiatives and driving them to completion. You'll also support our Real Estate Management and Corporate Security organizations in similar ways.What you'll be doing:

  • Drives the delivery of the strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall strategy and goals.--
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, business stakeholders, and partners.--
  • Develops and implements governance processes to ensure the successful delivery of the strategic roadmap, working closely with the Supply Chain Governance and Supplier Value Management team.--
  • Provides strategic thought leadership on the delivery and further development of the strategic roadmap.--
  • Identifies and manages risks associated with the delivery of the strategic roadmap.--
  • Leads cross-functional team(s) to ensure on-time delivery of critical initiatives.--
  • Demonstrates effective leadership for the department, including the focus on employee satisfaction and SCM cultural enhancements.--
  • Leads the continued build-out of the SCM Capabilities training program.--
  • Manages market analysis partner relationships to unlock the full value from those resources.--
  • Focus on team culture and delivering strategies to increase employee satisfaction and morale, increase retention, and attract new talent.--
  • Build and deliver multi-channel communications to continually demonstrate and reinforce the value proposition of the Supply Chain Organization to the broader company.--
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.--What you bring:To be successful, this individual should possess the following skills and attributes:--
    • Expertise in strategy development and implementation.--
    • Deep knowledge of cross-functional change management, project and program management.--
    • Demonstrated understanding of business case development, impact analysis, governance, and reporting.--
    • Strong communication and influencing skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.--
    • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and assess key drivers of success, implications of alternatives, and recommendations for execution.--
    • Strong project management skills with proven experience in successfully managing and executing multiple, large-scale initiatives.--
    • Proficiency to effectively lead horizontally across the team.--
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex issues quickly, effectively communicate strategies, and summarize key points and implications.-- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and similar applications.--
    • Excellent problem-solving, team, and time management skills managing multiple deadlines for self and others.--

The pay range for this full-time position is $117,620.00 - $197,580.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
