Job descriptionAssistant Director of NursingDuties:- Oversee the nursing department and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.- Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure adequate coverage.- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff.- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting professional development and growth.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Medicare standards.- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.- Current state nursing license.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing leadership or management roles.- Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance requirements.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
