Manage a team of account service professionals and oversee client
relationships

Monitor customer satisfaction and manage multiple client accounts
effectively
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in marketing or related fields
2+ years of people management experience with at least 5 direct
reports
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Experience in a marketing agency environment
Proven client relationship management experience
