Family Practice/Primary Care opening in Jacksonville, Florida. This and other lpn/lvn jobs brought to you by NursingJobCafe.com Client seeks 2 Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses for long-term contracts starting February 3-June 30 30 at their Corporate Health clinic in Jacksonville. Nurses will be participating in client's COVID testing program, and will perform COVID Antigen and PCR nasal swab testing and documentation. Hours are Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Client prefers candidates with COVID testing experience, and all candidates must have at least 1 year of clinical experience. Candidates will be required to go through client specific background screening after being chosen and credentialed for position. Providers will be FIT tested, and PPE will be provided, which must be worn at all times except for meals and breaks. Candidates MUST be available for entire assignment period.

**Due to the nature/risk of COVID testing assignments, candidates at high risk according to CDC guidelines will not be allowed to apply for this assignment. Candidates must adhere to travel advisories, and must notify us if required to quarantine due to exposure or travel prior to assignment.
