From the National Medical Director, Dr. Shawn Hersevoort My vision is to help create the most holistic, team-based, and multidisciplinary practice possible. I would like to see a culture made up of teams of teams. I would like to see patients lovingly shared by, and fluidly transitioned between, the prescribing, therapy, health psychology, and case management teams. My immediate focus includes the expansion of the psychiatry division, the enhancement of clinical and digital support to all prescribers, and the creation of multidisciplinary "specialty" teams organized by disorder. Other projects include the expansion of our health psychology and case management services, the intensive outpatient (IOP) program, and (later) a primary care behavioral health integration (PCBHI) program What you'll do 1:1 medication management, evaluations, assessments and follow-ups Option to work part-time, 24-29 hours per week, without benefits, or full-time, 30-40 hours per week, with benefits Be available two weeks per year for after-hours calls What you'll bring Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited university or graduate program in psychiatric mental health nursing Appropriate Florida state licensure: you must have an active, independent FL Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license What you'll receive Benefits Competitive base salary based on location, training, experience, and boards Biannual bonus based on team, leadership, productivity, and outcomes 75-80% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance through Cigna or Kaiser, plus 50% contribution for dependents Malpractice insurance and reimbursement for license and DEA 401k plan with 50% match up to 4% PTO starting at 10 days and increasing with years of service Plus 10 paid holiday days per year and 5 days of sick pay Life insurance and short and long-term disability available Opportunity for for supervision and leadership roles Collaborative environment Come join our dynamic and innovative network of providers working toward mental wellness for all.
