Offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus plus Employer paid Medical!Position Summary:Responsible for the overall management of a facility. Plans, develops, directs, monitors and supports all operational, administrative, clinical, human resources, customer service and fiscal activities for the facility's programs and services.Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities: Georgia Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License 3 plus years experience Should have overall operations knowledge Excellent communication and managerial skills Should be a role model and willing to work with staff to ensure quality services are being provided Must be able to problem solve any concerns raised by residents, families, visitors and staff Solid work history within the healthcare community Must meet all local health regulations.
