H2 Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to work at our outpatient clinic located in Middleburg, FL. Our ideal candidate will have experience treating and evaluating patients with primarily orthopedic caseloads with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, athletes, industrial / return to work clients, neurologic movement disorders, and performance enhancement programs. Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Experience: Prior experience in outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred; however, "new grads are welcome!"
