Join the place where our patients and team love to be!H2 Health is seeking a driven Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work part-time or PRN in our H2 Health Prime Living Division. This is a mobile position providing outpatient services in Senior Communities. Our ideal candidate is someone passionate about helping others, committed to providing quality care and looking to grow within our family.In this position, the therapist will provide 1:1 services in senior living communities and residential homes within a 10-mile radius of the primary community. The caseload is a mix of general orthopedic conditions, neurologic movement disorders, and performance enhancement programs. Reduced burden of documentation under outpatient billing with a flexible work schedule to accommodate your lifestyle!Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university.Experience: Prior experience in mobile outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred; however, "new grads are welcome!"Qualifications:Valid state license to practice Physical TherapistKnowledge of current physical therapy techniques and practicesExcellent communication and documentation skillsAbility to travel to patient's homes or other locations within a 10-mile radius of the primary locationAbility to work independently and multitaskComputer proficiencyMust be comfortable providing in-home visits or senior communitiesCurrent CPR certificationWork Hours: Set your own schedule!
