Fouraker Hills Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking an RN or LPN Nurse Supervisor! TOP WAGES and DAILY PAY OPTION AVAILABLE!!! We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical (LPN) Nurse Supervisor to join our growing team of healthcare professionals. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, supervises the nursing personnel and the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during an assigned tour of duty. QUALIFICATIONS for the position of RN or LPN Nurse Supervisor: EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Current registration and license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state employed in OR
• Current registration and license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state employed -
• Peripheral IV certification
• Minimum 5+ years nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or other healthcare setting and a minimum 1-year experience as a nurse supervisor
• CPR/BLS certified
• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers.
• The ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language required, knowledge of other language helpful Why Join Us

  • And So Much More! Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical (LPN) Nurse Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Supervises the clinical care planning and delivery processes to ensure the coordination of quality patient care. Reviews and updates the care plan accordingly
    • Assesses residents/clients upon admission and periodically as conditions change
    • Performs rounds to evaluate patient condition
