Job Description:

Must have 2 years recent trauma/ Acute Care Surgery experience (and case logs to support it) 28 trauma cases with an average of 7 cases per quarter within the last year, no new grads.
ATLS required
Must have clean background/malpractice to be granted temps for January 2022 start OR be available after normal 60 day Credentialing
- 230-bed facility
- 36 ICU beds
- Level II Trauma Verified
- 12 hr primary in-house coverage, plus 12 hr secondary call from home with 30 min response (rarely called in)
- Average Trauma Admits 2,000/ yr (Penetrating: 11%, Blunt: 86.6%, Burn: 1.4%)
- Average Trauma Team Activations/ yr: 648
- EMR: Meditech
- Must be Board Certified General Surgery & Surgical Critical Care (ACS or Trauma)
