Would strong consider someone who could cover 5 - 7 days per month
Preferably dual boarded but if not SCC boarded must have recent level 1 or 2 trauma experience
DEA needed
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
