  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiratory rate.
  • Help patients with mobility and positioning, including transferring them from beds to chairs, using mobility aids, and turning and repositioning bedridden patients to prevent pressure ulcers.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as well as ensure patients are adequately hydrated.
  • Observe and report changes in patients' physical and mental conditions to the nursing staff or healthcare provider.
  • Administer medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse, as allowed by state regulations.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, addressing their emotional and psychosocial needs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including care provided, vital signs, and any observations.
  • Follow strict infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care and patient well-being. Now Hiring: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
    
    Shift: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am
    
    Qualifications CNA:
    • CNA certification for the state of Florida
    • Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
    • All applicants must be able to pass a Level 2 background check
