### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Jacksonville, FL area. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work in a school-based setting, providing therapy services to students with occupational therapy concerns.

### Key Responsibilities

* Evaluate disorders and delays that affect students' ability to perform daily activities and reach their educational goals
* Develop and improve individual's ability to independently perform tasks
* Serve as a member of the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) team for students with occupational therapy concerns
* Facilitate goals and objectives per child's educational plan
* Maintain appropriate records
* Work in coordination with school personnel and parents to develop appropriate programs for eligible students
* Effectively communicate with teachers, administrators, and parents
* Perform other OT duties/responsibilities required by the Program and within the scope of licensure and/or certification
* Ensure all services are performed in accordance with state laws and regulations
