Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced, board-certified Dermatologist to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical and surgical dermatologic care to a diverse patient population. This individual should demonstrate clinical excellence, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing patient-centered, high-quality dermatologic care. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat conditions related to the skin, hair, and nails Perform medical and surgical dermatology procedures (e.g., biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, laser treatments) Provide cosmetic dermatology services as applicable (e.g., Botox, fillers, chemical peels, laser resurfacing) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients Educate patients on skin health, preventive care, and treatment options Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and staff to ensure high-quality patient care Stay up to date with the latest developments in dermatology through continuing education and professional development Qualifications & Requirements: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution Completion of an accredited Dermatology residency program Board certification or eligibility in Dermatology (American Board of Dermatology or equivalent) Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida Minimum of 2–5 years of post-residency dermatology experience preferred Strong clinical skills in both medical and procedural dermatology Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to patient satisfaction and quality care Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Preferred Skills (Optional): Expertise in cosmetic and aesthetic dermatology procedures Experience in Mohs surgery or surgical dermatology Interest in clinical research or teaching Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Malpractice coverage Paid time off (PTO), CME time and allowance Supportive and collaborative clinical environment
