Job Description:

Ascension is seeking a dedicated RN-Telemetry to join our faith-based healthcare organization, committed to transforming healthcare through innovation and delivering personalized, compassionate care. In this role, you will monitor and interpret patients' vital signs and provide necessary nursing care in our state-of-the-art telemetry unit. This position requires a professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is committed to improving patient health outcomes alongside a team of skilled healthcare professionals. Monitor patient vitals and report abnormal findings to physicians. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor responses. Provide compassionate care and educate patients and families on treatment plans. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to optimize patient care. Proficient in using telemetry equipment. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. BLS certification required. ACLS preferred.
