StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a hospital and local practice in North Central Florida to assist them with the recruitment of talented Neurosurgeons to join their team and their successful and growing neuroscience program. Perks and Benefits: Employment opportunity Competitive compensation with wRVU incentive Comprehensive and flexible benefits program PTO and CME time plus CME allowance Occurrence-based malpractice Strong support system Practice Highlights and Qualifications: Board eligible or board certified The incoming physicians would join an established program Work with an interdisciplinary team of neurologists, APPs, intensivists and oncology specialists The incoming surgeon would have a well-rounded practice with a mix of general and cranial neurosurgery Call is shared Comfortable clipping for potential back-up coverage for comprehensive stroke program Access to cutting edge technology for robotic surgical services Located a short 3.5 miles from the University of Florida campus, this hospital is a 510-bed, full-service medical and surgical acute care center serving North Central Florida. It offers a wide range of services including cardiovascular care, oncology, orthopedics, women's care and wound therapy. With a new tower that recently opened, the facility added an 18-bed MICU, a 30-bed Orthopedic Unit and a 30-bed Postpartum Unit. In addition, they opened a brand new 25-bed Level III NICU, expanding the hospital s capabilities to care for sick and premature infants.
