administrative leadership in the Emergency Department. Oversee
patient care activities, ensuring compliance with established
standards and practices. Mentor and support nursing staff to
achieve excellence in patient care. Engage in continuous education
and training programs to advance nursing practices based on the
latest health care innovations and standards. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. Implement and
evaluate patient care protocols and quality improvement
initiatives. Ensure the delivery of compassionate, personalized
care in alignment with Ascension's mission. Strong leadership
skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient
in clinical emergency nursing practices Ability to manage time and
prioritize tasks effectively Skilled in crisis management and
decision-making Experience with electronic health record (EHR)
