Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Administer medications, track symptoms and changes in patient conditions, and communicate these effectively with doctors and specialists. Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized environment for patient care. Advocate for the health and well-being of patients, including educating them and their families on their conditions and the care plans being provided. Strong clinical skills with a focus on neurological care Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic medical record systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida BLS certification required ACLS preferred Certification in Neurological Care (CNRN) is a plus
