Job Description:
HCA Florida North Florida Hospital invites qualified and
compassionate Registered Nurses to apply for our Clinical
Observation Unit. In this position, you will play a critical role
in providing care to patients who are under observation for a

Assess, monitor, and care for patients within the observation unit.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to plan,
manage, and evaluate patient care plans. Document patient care and
ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Provide education
and support to patients and their families regarding procedures and
post-visit care. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work
effectively in stressful situations Proficient in using healthcare
information systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of Florida Basic Life Support (BLS) certified Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
