Job Description:
HCA Florida North Florida Hospital, a prominent leader in the

is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic
Inpatient Surgical Unit. This role is pivotal in delivering
high-quality, compassionate care to postoperative patients
recovering from various surgical procedures. As an RN in our
surgical unit, you will work in a technologically advanced
facility, use the latest in healthcare technologies, and be part of
a team committed to improving patient outcomes. Provide direct and
comprehensive nursing care to postoperative patients. Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the
interdisciplinary team. Educate patients and their families on
postoperative care and lifestyle adjustments. Administer
medications and monitor for efficacy and side effects. Maintain a
safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures,
rules, and regulations. Document patient care services by charting
in patient and department records. Strong clinical skills in a
surgical environment Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to work well under pressure and manage stress
effectively Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems

401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
