Assess and manage patients requiring respiratory therapy services, including diagnostic testing and therapeutic treatment. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Monitor and maintain respiratory equipment to ensure it is functioning correctly and safely. Educate patients and their families on respiratory conditions and proper use of equipment. Participate in emergency care and be part of code blue teams when required. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with hospital policies. Stay informed on the latest respiratory therapies and technologies to enhance treatment delivery. Proficiency in all types of respiratory care therapy Ability to operate standard respiratory care equipment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current state license as a Certified Respiratory Therapist Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
