Outpatient Psychiatry in Daytona Beach, Florida This outpatient
psychiatry opportunity in Daytona Beach offers a supportive,
well-resourced practice environment with flexibility built into the
schedule. You'll join a large, multispecialty, staff-model HMO
where behavioral health is fully integrated with medical services,
allowing you to focus on patient care without the pressure of
inpatient work or heavy call. Both new graduates and experienced
psychiatrists are encouraged to apply. Practice Details
Outpatient-only psychiatry role within a large multispecialty group
Integrated onsite services including behavioral health, primary
care, cardiology, pain management, lab, pharmacy, and imaging
Collaborative care model with physicians, APRNs, and PAs Practice
setting designed to streamline care coordination and reduce
administrative burden Schedule Flexible 40-hour workweek Average
patient volume of 8-11 patients per day Limited call rotation of
1:6, shared evenly among physicians and APPs No inpatient
responsibilities Compensation & Benefits Generous base salary with
bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits package including PTO
