certified Registered Nurses to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
As an ICU Nurse at Mayo Clinic, you will work in an environment

holistic healing. This role involves providing critical care to
patients with complex, acute, or life-threatening health
conditions. Ideal candidates will boast a strong background in ICU
or critical care, demonstrate empathy, resilience, and an
unwavering commitment to patient health. Monitor and manage patient
care in a high-acuity ICU setting, assessing patient status and
responding with appropriate interventions. Administer medication,
maintain patient records and collaborate with healthcare
professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Employ advanced
life-support and critical care skills, monitoring vital signs and
preparing patients and families for recovery processes. Engage in
continuous education to ensure the use of the latest strategies and
technologies in patient care. Participate in research and
development projects to advance ICU practices and patient care
techniques. Expertise in ACLS and BLS Proficiency in the use of ICU
medical equipment and technology Strong problem-solving and
decision-making capabilities Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to handle stress and make quick
decisions under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the
current state of practice Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN)
certification is preferred Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Basic Life Support (BLS)
