Job Description:

seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Step Down
Travel Nurse program. This pivotal role enables you to work across
our progressive care units in various locations, aiding in the
delivery of exceptional care to patients with moderate to severe

Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on
the application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor patient
health and progress while preparing and administering prescribed
medications. Report patient's status and concerns to registered
nurses and doctors and react efficiently in emergencies. Coordinate
with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate patient care plans. Maintain a safe and clean working
environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Educate patients and families on illness and injury prevention, and
maintain contemporaneous medical records. Proficient in providing
critical care and monitoring life support equipment. Skilled in
maintaining all safety and infection control standards. Ability to
operate within a high-stress, fast-paced environment. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS) and
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
required.
