Registered Nurse specializing in Bariatrics. At the heart of our

Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care for bariatric
surgery patients. Monitor patient vitals and health status before
and after bariatric procedures. Educate patients and their families
on lifestyle changes, nutrition, and exercise critical after
bariatric surgery. Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare
teams to develop comprehensive, patient-centered care plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on patient's
progress. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for
side-effects. Advocate for patients’ needs and provide emotional
support to patients and their families. Proficiency in managing
obesity-related health issues Skilled in the use of medical
software for patient care management Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to educate patients and families with
empathy and efficacy Strong observational and critical thinking
skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice Certification in Bariatric Nursing (CBN) is preferred
