Manage and lead a team of nursing professionals, ensuring adherence to clinic protocols and standards Coordinate patient care activities and ensure all team members are delivering quality care Provide clinical training and mentorship to nursing staff Regularly assess team performance, provide feedback, and develop improvement plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes Participate in research and education initiatives Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in clinical nursing practices and protocols Capability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment Evidence-based decision-making and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
