Job Description Pediatric Primary Care Physician Gainesville, FL Compensation: $240,000 with Full Benefits About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Primary Care Physician to join our established and growing pediatric practice in St. Petersburg, Florida . Led by a team of expert pediatricians, our clinic provides top-quality care to a diverse patient population. We specialize in routine pediatric services such as well-child visits, immunizations, and sports physicals, all delivered with a personalized touch. Our mission is to create a welcoming, family-centered environment that delivers prompt and high-quality care tailored to each childs individual needs. Key Details: Base Salary: $215,000$230,000 (commensurate with experience and board certification) Annual Bonus Potential: Up to $10,000 Patient Volume: 2530 patients per day Support Team Includes: Front Desk, Scheduler, Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), and one additional ARNP (4x a week) Benefits Package: Comprehensive Health, Dental, Vision, Life, STD & LTD Insurance CME: 5 days $3,000 annual stipend Paid Time Off: 3 weeks PTO 5 Paid Holidays 3 Sick Days Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 401(k): 4% employer match after 90 days Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (BC/BE preferred) FM or IM/Peds Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered pediatric care Excellent communication and teamwork skills Interested?
