Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our
Observation Unit, a pivotal part of our faith-based healthcare

Observation Unit. Provide direct nursing care in a diverse
healthcare environment. Collaborate with physicians and other
medical professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
plans. Respond rapidly to emergencies and other situations that
require quick judgment. Educate patients and their families on
illness prevention and health maintenance. Participate in research
and contribute to innovations in nursing. Ensure compliance with
healthcare laws, regulations, and standards. Proficient in
providing acute care and monitoring Ability to operate medical
equipment Strong analytical and decision-making skills Excellent
verbal and written communication skills Capable of handling
high-stress situations while maintaining patient care standard

401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) certification preferred
