May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. This position is working Monday through Friday at our Conviva Daytona clinic located at 731 N. Clyde Morris Boulevard. Daytona Beach, FL 32114 Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Current unrestricted licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state of Florida At least 2 years of experience working as an LPN/LVN Preferred Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish with the ability to read, write and speak in both languages Phlebotomy experience Experience with Electronic Medical Records (Athena) Experience with HEDIS Knowledge of Florida primary care medicine requirements Working knowledge of clinical operations Excellent customer service Strong clinical background Strong sense of engagement to be a team player Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Additional Information This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $48,900 - $66,200 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
