This center provides Orthopedics, ENT, Plastics and Urology surgeries (2OR) and procedures (2PR). Role Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) supports pre-op, PACU, and stepdown patient care. This position is responsible for assessing patients, delivering individualized nursing care, monitoring recovery, and collaborating with the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient procedures and optimal outcomes. Hours: • PRN; Monday–Friday schedule (6/6:30am start time) • No nights, weekends, holidays, or call What You’ll Do: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in perioperative settings Monitor patient status and respond to changes during recovery Document accurately and communicate effectively with team members and patients Maintain sterile environments and adhere to safety protocols Support patient education and post-op instructions What You’ll Bring: • Associate’s degree or equivalent; one year of Pre-op/PACU experience • Current RN license • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required • Strong teamwork, organization, and communication skills • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs routinely and up to 100 lbs occasionally • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Windows environment) What We Offer: • No nights, weekends, holidays, or call • Competitive hourly rate • Supportive, collaborative, and growing environment Compensation: The actual hourly rate offered will be based on experience, education, and relevant background.
