This center provides Orthopedics, ENT, Plastics and Urology surgeries (2OR) and procedures (2PR). Role Summary: The Operating Room RN provides direct patient care and serves as a patient advocate throughout the perioperative process. This role supports surgeons and anesthesia providers to ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity before, during, and after surgery. Hours: • Monday–Friday schedule (6/6:30am start time) • No nights, weekends, holidays, or call What You’ll Do: • Serve as circulating nurse, supporting patients, surgeons, and anesthesia staff during procedures • Ensure patient safety and compliance with aseptic and surgical standards • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team • Participate in quality improvement, safety, and professional development activities • Assist with orientation and training of new team members • Maintain accurate documentation and respond appropriately to patient and physician needs What You’ll Bring: • Associate’s degree or equivalent; one year of OR experience required (Ortho scopes and total joints) • Current RN license • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required • Strong teamwork, organization, and communication skills • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs routinely and up to 100 lbs occasionally • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Windows environment) What We Offer: • No nights, weekends, holidays, or call • Competitive salary and benefits package • Health, 401(k), and PTO • Supportive, collaborative, and growing environment Compensation: The actual hourly rate offered will be based on experience, education, and relevant background.
