Job Description:
H2 Health is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Pediatric
Occupational Therapy Lead to join our dedicated team. This role
focuses on leading pediatric occupational therapy services,
ensuring high-quality treatment that helps children achieve their
fullest potential. The successful candidate will spearhead program
development, manage a team of therapists, and ensure compliance
with healthcare regulations while maintaining a nurturing
environment for pediatric clients. Develop and implement
occupational therapy programs for pediatric clients. Lead, train,
and supervise a team of occupational therapists. Ensure compliance
with all healthcare regulations and standards. Evaluate and
document the progress of therapy programs. Work collaboratively
with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding
treatment plans and progress. Manage departmental budget and
resources efficiently. Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in
pediatric therapeutic practices and techniques Ability to handle
multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively Knowledge
of healthcare regulations and pediatric care compliance Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Valid State Occupational Therapy License Certification through the
National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
