Job DescriptionFull Job Description: HomeGuard (OX Engineered Products) is seeking a Production Shift SupervisorReporting directly to the Plant General Manager, this position requires supervision of entire shift team in accordance with Safety Standards, Machine Performance Standards, and Business needs.This position is directly responsible for Safe operation of all Machinery, Powered Equipment, Team Staffing Planning, and Order Processing. These responsibilities may include, but not limited to:Safety: Enforce Safety Standards and ensure safe operation of all team members. Teamwork: Ensure Coordination with Other Shift Supervisors to execute Production Plan. Quality: Ensure Production meets Quality Standards for Documents, Printed Products, and Palletized Product. Maintenance: Ensure safe execution of maintenance activities. Continuous Improvement: Ensure Processes are evaluated Continuous Improvement. Training: Ensure that all Team Members are following Training Plan. Review and develop improvements to all aspects of Team Training. Qualifications:

• Safety: Be able to Identify, Develop, and Implement Safety Improvements for Production.
• Leadership: Be able to Train, Motivate, Support, and Retain Team Members.
• Continuous Improvement: Be able to Identify, evaluate, and implement improvements across all areas of safety, production, maintenance, and training.
• Office Products: High level of competence with MS Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Planning: Be able to plan, evaluate, and produce to meet company needs.
• Maintenance: Be able to execute preventive maintenance activities. Be able to Identify, Evaluate, and Implement Maintenance Activities prior to an Unplanned Maintenance Event. Be able to troubleshoot and repair complex systems efficiently to support Production Plan.
• Team Coordination: Be able to work with Team of Shift Supervisors to safely maximize production capacity to meet company needs. **Must be able to train and work on various shifts**
