Customer Service RepresentativeDescriptionTriad Financial Services
is looking for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer
Service Representative will answer customer inquiries regarding
mortgage accounts and take payments. This is not a collection
position, and there are inbound calls only. They will also be need
to research customer complaints, concerns and payment of taxes and
insurance by mortgagor. The candidate will also perform related
duties as assigned by the supervisor and maintain compliance with
all company policies and procedures. PM22
Requirements:
Experience: 3-4 years customer service experience in the mortgage
industry is preferred.Escrow account knowledgeSkills:
MSP/Blacknight (preferred), MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Able
to navigate across network, Windows PC proficientExcellent verbal
and written communication skills, including ability to effectively
communicate with internal and external customers Professional and
welcoming phone etiquette requiredExcellent computer proficiency
(MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)Must be able to work under
pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
and providing exemplary customer serviceAbility to work
independently and to carry out assignments to completion within
parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard
practicesHigh school diploma or GED requiredThis is an in office
position. The hours are Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm. Triad
