CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEAs a Barclays Customer Service Representative, you will be delivering the highest standards of customer service and creating exceptional experiences. • Receiving inbound phone calls from customers and servicing their needs effectively and efficiently
• Listening and establishing rapport with our customers
• Understanding and analyzing customer needs while adhering to compliance regulations and security policiesWhat we're looking for:
  • 1 years' experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Verbal and written communications skills
  • Determined and customer-focused with a positive and professional attitudeSkills that will help you in the role:
    • Attention to detail, an understanding of the importance of accuracy and responsiveness
    • Proficient with internet skills with excellent organization and work prioritization skills
