contract employment opportunity. This position is for candidates
who work well in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center.
Responsibilities
By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business
development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and
referring customers
Receive and send written business correspondence
Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Handle incoming telephone calls
Requirements
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems,
e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills
2+ years of past relevant experience
Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in
professionalism
Excellent computer skills
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners
and clients/customers
Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer
inquiries via extensive research
Comprehension of Communication Skills
Deep understanding of Zendesk
Customer service experience preferred
Proven knowledge of Computer Literate
Solid understanding of Call Center Customer Service
Wide ranging experience with De-Escalation
General familiarity with Resolve Customer Complaints
Call center experience highly desired
Practical knowledge of Resolve Customer Issues
Skills in Written Communication
Microsoft Office Suites experience
Good understanding of Criticality Analysis
Quality experience with Resolve Technical Problems
Previous experience working with Problem Resolution
Earlier work involving Critical Thinking
Well-founded grasp of telemarketing
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively
resolves problems with grace and integrity
Sound written and verbal communication skills
