IN STORE VISUAL MERCHANDISER
REPORTS TO: STORE MANAGER
STATUS: NON-EXEMPT

The In-Store Visual Merchandiser takes the lead on implementing
visual merchandising standards and guidelines at the store level
that are consistent with the Company's standards and directives.
They plan, communicate, implement and train store partners to
properly execute dressing of in-store merchandising, forms,
signing, accent lighting, fixturing standards, and execute visual
directives in the store to gain consistent presentation
standards.
