A company is looking for a Concierge Travel Experience Counselor

Key Responsibilities
Manage complex travel requests for high-level clients, including
booking and special requests
Provide informed recommendations and act as a trusted advisor to
enhance the traveler experience
Resolve complex issues and manage customer complaints while
ensuring adherence to travel policies
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a customer service environment, with at
least 5 years as a travel counselor
Experience in Concierge, VIP, or Specialty travel counseling
Strong knowledge of the travel industry and client travel
policies
Proficient in Sabre GDS and adaptable to new technologies
Ability to work flexible hours and adjust shifts as needed
