Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Source and recruit candidates by using internal ATS and job boards (Indeed, Workable, Better Teams, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
• Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, colleges, and other platforms
• Ability to work with minimal training and supervision while meeting recruiting goals
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 2 years high volume recruiting experience (call center, agency recruiting)
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment where over a hundred employees could be hired each month
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle working on 15+ requisitions at a time
  • Ability to handle hiring spikes and decreases based on business needs
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Confidence in being able to make hiring decisions
  • Bilingual is a plus!
