Summary Directs, organizes, plans, and develops the implementation
and administration of human resources functions and carries out
policies and procedures relating to all phases of human resources
activities. This position requires an extremely perceptive person
who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the
organization. - Essential Functions
- Oversees and directs activities relating to personnel rules and
regulations, staffing, employee education and training, management
development, employee relations, workers compensation
administration, benefits administration, and salary
administration.
- Approves and directs new employee onboarding to foster positive
attitude toward company goals.
- Investigates problems incidental to sound and uniform personnel
administration, such as working conditions, disciplinary actions,
and employee and applicant appeals and grievances.
- Provides guidance and recommendations for problem
resolutions.
- Keeps records of insurance coverage, and personnel
transactions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, and
terminations.
- Recommends and implements procedures to reduce absenteeism and
turnover.
- Prepares budget for human resources operations.
- Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant
positions in US and global offices.
- Plan and oversee employee benefit programs for US and global
offices.
- Conduct wage surveys within labor market to determine
competitive wage rate.
- Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services,
such as relocation service.
- Conducts research to determine the effectiveness of personnel
programs and policies.
- Develops and proposes improvements to policies, programs, and
procedures to improve the effectiveness of human resources and
operations.
- Administers pre-employment tests to applicants.
- Prepares for ISO 9001 and other audits. Reasonable

Type/Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday
through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position may require
occasional weekend work. Required Education and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration
or related field.
- 7+ years of human resources experience.
- Experience in HR analytics -
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Preferred Education and
Experience
- PHR certification. Work Authorization Must be authorized to
