Job Description Job Description We are seeking an RN Float Pool - Medical Surgical to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients. Available Shifts: (The days the candidate would be working could vary and they will work every other weekend) *3 12 hour shifts Days : 7a-7p(Rotating weekends) Nights : 7p-7a (Rotating weekends) Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum. Responsibilities: Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality. Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis. Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement. Qualifications: 1 year of recent (within the last year) Med-Surg acute care RN experience Required *Needs to be flexible on floating to multiple units *ONLY MED-SURG EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE Registered Nurse License Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing Nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date AHCA Level 2 background screen and fingerprinting required. Salary Range: Flat rate of $43/hr (no matter on years of experience) Shift Differentials: Nights $4.25 and the weekend: $3 Sign on: $15k Days / $25k Nights Relocation: Case by Case Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
