Job Description SUMMARY: -Design, code, test and debug
applications by providing code development, algorithm design,
product release and support to both internal and external clients.
Main objectives will be to develop computer vision-based tracking
system software and systems with an emphasis on enhancing image
processing and improving object tracking algorithms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -(Other duties may be
Works in conjunction with both Fremont and Jacksonville client
developers, analysts and management to collaboratively determine
best program design.
Develops applications libraries, develops and designs new
algorithms, creates tests, debugs applications and documents all
software contributions related to this new software.
Provides in depth technical training on new computer vision
software application to ensure proper use and support.
Provides ongoing product support to client personnel and customers
on the use of the software.
Modifies software when necessary and works with QA team to update
test plans and documentation.
Works independently and without direct supervision.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
3-5 years of progressive object-oriented software development,
specifically with C++ applications and libraries required.
2-4 years of experience working on codebases with multiple
Image processing skills required (Open CV, Intel IPP)
1-2 years of experience being team lead or project lead
Parallel programming experience (TBB, OpenMP, CUDA, OpenCL)
Object tracking methodology experience preferred.
Ability to provide innovation, creativity and uniqueness to
application development process required.
Good communication and ability to interact in a professional manner
with clients and coworkers required.
Must be able to travel for extended periods to Fremont division,
possibly living there for 3-6 months.
Research/development in applied mathematics or geometry
Real time computer programming proficiency preferred.
Sports knowledge helpful.
Image processing skills a plus (OpenCV, Intel IPP)
