• Develop and execute on complex project plans and key milestones
• Lead cross functional projects across multiple systems or functions
• Assign the right people with the right skills at the right time
• Arrange project priorities with strategies/objectives
• Comprehend and manage project interdependencies
• Recognize and resolve risks proactivelyRequirements
  • Skilled in leading medium to large custom and/or complex software development and/or implementation projects
  • Experience in utilizing resource tools to manage capacity, forecast, demand and allocation of people
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional and technology projects
  • Technical skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.) and JIRA or similar application
  • Prior experience leading teams, projects and programs
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and work experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience, PMP is a plus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization
