Job Description:

We are seeking a project manager in Jacksonville, FL for a 6-9 month part-time assignment (20-30 hours a week) to lead the execution of a project across Product, Network, Care Management, and other impacted areas to drive alignment with a new healthcare ruling for mental health parity. In the role the project manager will:

?Follow an organized process to initiate the effort, plan project activities and deliverables, coordinate project execution and communications, ensure quality assurance and control, and close the project.

?Collaborate with Care Management, Network, Product, Business Relationship Management, and vendor(s).

?Ensure all stakeholders are aware of project activities, schedule meetings, capture action items, communicate status, and develop and track activities on the work plan.

?Responsible for the overall management, communications, coordination of project work and problem solving with multiple levels of management.

?Utilize project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.

?Create business case, charter, scope documents, etc. and determine project cost, value, and ROI.

?Research and develop project timelines, deliverables, resources, tasks & dependencies based upon the project capability.

?Maintain project level work breakdown structure by tracking events, tasks, dependencies, and progress within a project plan.

?Closely manage project budgets to ensure budget adherence and identify discrepancies in planned versus actual cost.

?Communicate project status and advise project team, customers, and staff on tactical solutions to dealing with barriers within a project.

?Lead, manage, and coach project team members, involving integration with Care Management, Product, Network, an Business Relationship Management.

?Work with all levels of management, including senior leadership , to ensure projects stay on task and barriers are removed in a timely manner.

Job Requirements: Required:

?Bachelors' degree or equivalent work experience

?Two or more years project management experience managing healthcare related projects with healthcare delivery system components (Care Management, Provider Practice Management, Network Management, Provider Relations)

?Demonstrated experience with the concepts, theories, and processes of Project Management Methodology

?Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint

?Advanced PC skills

Preferred:

?Advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, practices and procedures associated with project management

?Master's degree

?Certified Project Management Professional
