IT Systems Analyst II (SQL) Position, Requisition # 8559 (1 year temp) Jacksonville FL

" Systems Analyst will analyze, evaluate and develop existing or proposed systems / process enhancements for Accounting. As a key member of the Applications Analyst team, the System Analyst will develop business requirements for applications or will analyze business processes. This position will also coordinate activities within a matrixed IT organizations (e.g., database, other Development teams technical support, etc.) to ensure that Business process improvements are successfully implemented.

" Manage all aspects of the business requirements during all phases of the development lifecycle and participate in other components such as: business case development, development efforts, and system deployment

" Play a key role in managing system requirement changes and estimating system/development impact.

" Must be A self-starter and team player who is assertive, independent and can manage multiple responsibilities without close supervision o Effectively work with the business and facilitating the definition of functional system requirements (JAR/JAD Sessions).

" Work with the technology team to translate business requirements into System Requirements

" Identify opportunities for process and system improvements

" Effectively and proactively report status to IT and business management

" Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency with Visio and Functional workflows

" Proficient in writing SQL and data analysis

" Must have strong technical documentation skills and excellent oral and written communication skills

" Provide assistance to technical analysts, business users and other project team members
