a Manager in the SAP Offering, you will contribute to the growth
and success of Deloitte Consulting LLP and the SAP Offering in a
variety of ways, including:Client Service: Advise clients on
leading practices and technology/industry trends, build lasting
relationships, and manage the day-to-day interactions with
executive clients and sponsors.Delivery: As part of an engagement
team manage and deliver SAP implementation projects - use your deep
expertise to identify the organization's needs, define the business
or technology architecture, oversee the solution design and
implementation, and manage team activities and progress.Eminence:
Contribute to go-to-market and internal initiatives which drive
growth of the practice, drive efficiency and profitability, improve
quality, and increase the knowledge of our staff. -People
Development: Perform the role of mentor and coach to help junior
staff achieve their career objectives. Actively participate in
onboarding activities. Provide leadership and support for staff on
projects and in local offices.Business Development: Participate in
sales pursuit efforts as a team member or subject matter advisor.
Develop and maintain relationships with client stakeholders to
establish and maintain our status as a trusted advisor.The

implementing SAP solutions. Each SAP implementation focuses on
achieving results that support businesses strategies through

enhance their business applications. We work with clients who want
to improve their ability to react in digital world and enable
scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and

exposure to the latest technologies and committed thought
pioneers.QualificationsRequired:At least -8 -years' relevant SAP
consulting experience in a professional services environment, with
a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal
consultant within industryAt least -5 -years of -experience
-working in the -Oil & Gas (O&G) -industry or with -O&G
-clientsSAP -Production and Revenue Accounting (PRA) -experience
-SAP Finance -experienceDeep knowledge -and implementation
experience with -the SAP IS-Oil solution - Upstream Operations
Management, PRA and JVAS4 HANA implementation
experience---Participation in at least -4 -end-to-end -SAP
-Finance/IS-Oil -implementations, -and in a workstream sub-lead or
lead role on at least -2 -implementationsAbility to travel up to
50% based on work you do and the client and industries/sectors you
serve---Bachelor's degree or equivalent---Desired:---Experience
with SAP PRA implementations on cloud compliant SAP solutions,
system upgrade processPrior "Big 4" consulting experienceExperience
leading pre-sales, proposal, and RFPs---Experience managing
senior-level client relationships---Experience with developing
eminence, thought ware and point-of-view materials---Experience
delivering projects using SAP ASAP & Agile methodologiesSignavio

-Wages + SalaryThe wage range for this role takes into account the
wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation
decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and
training; licensure and certifications; and other business and
organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been
adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with
the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it
is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of
the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent
on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate
of the current range is $131,175 to $218,625.You may also be
eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive
program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an
award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without
